The following Terms of Service apply to all products and services provided by 1110 Branding Studio.

All work is carried out by 1110 Branding Studio  under  the understanding that the client has agreed to 1110 Branding Studio's terms and conditions.


We only accept payments via Services under $500 are subject to full payment before any work begins. Services over $500 are eligible for a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total to begin work. 

If client has paid a non-refundable deposit, final payment must be submitted within 7 business days of project completion. Failure to submit final payment within 7 days results in immediate termination. All Sales Final.


All Sales Are Final.

1110 Branding Studio does not provide refunds.

If for any reason, a client decides to cancel a project, no refunds are provided.

Cancelling a service is solely up to the client but we do not provide refunds.

If a client has paid a partial payment or full amount, no refund will be provided.


Our communication services are via email only.

Under certain circumstances, we will communicate via SMS.

Please allow 1 - 3 business days for a response to emails and messages.


For each day late after the 72 hour period for completing or responding to follow up about the design questionnaire, or responding to proofs and/revisions, your turnaround time will be extended as a day for day extension. (If the client takes 4 days to respond, the turnaround time will be extended by 4 days).


After 15 days of a missing/ incomplete questionnaire or no communication regarding proofs/revisions, there will be a $50 restart fee. After 30 days, your project will be CANCELLED, and no refund will be issued. 

When purchasing certain services, clients will be asked to submit information via email. Once your purchased is completed, the client has 3 business days to email client does not send information within the time frame, the owner will reach out and if no response is made, order results in immediate termination. All Sales Final.


1110 Branding Studio works diligently to deliver projects promptly.

However, turnaround times could be extended due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to high order volume (during sale times mostly), personal emergencies, health problems and more.

Turnaround Time does not begin until designer has been provided with the required information.


1110 Branding Studio provides each client with design proofs. Our proof designs are not to be used. No zooming in, no blurring watermarks.

Proofs are for approval purposes only.

1110 Branding Studio has a 3 revision limit. After your limit has been reached, an additional fee of $10 - 25 could be incurred.


Final Files are sent in EPS, PNG and/or PDF.

We can provide PSD files per request.

We do not provide any other file type at this moment.


1110 Branding Studio will edit graphic designs up tp 15 days of the file being approved and sent. After 15 days, all files will be deleted.
